Disposition versions
1. Denturologists may, subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions established in this Regulation, carry on their professional activities within a joint-stock company or a limited liability partnership within the meaning of Chapter VI.3 of the Professional Code (chapter C-26).
Denturologists must take reasonable measures to ensure that the company or partnership allows them to comply with the Professional Code, the Denturologists Act (chapter D-4) and the regulations made under that Code or that Act.
